AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN: Can I check-in to the RV Park after the office is closed?  Yes, you sure can.  After-office hours registration is available. When you come into the RV Park and follow the signs for the office, there is a white box labeled “Night Forms” on the front porch.  1 or 2 day short stay guests may fill out the form found in the envelopes in the box which also contain maps to the Park.  Just take the map to find a spot, put your payment in the envelope, and insert it into the “Night Deposit” slot to the right of the white box.  If you are staying any longer, please come to the office to complete a more detailed form and get your payment and receipt details taken care of when the office is open.  Office hours are found both on the front door and on the phone message.

CANCELLATION: What is the Cancellation Policy?   Cancellations must be made before 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made during this time will receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will not receive a refund. There are no refunds for early departures.

PARKING: What parking is available?  Most RV sites have two additional spaces for vehicles.  If more spaces are needed, accommodations can be made for you and for those folks who have big rigs. If you require more than 2 parking spaces, you may be assessed a fee.

PETS: Can I bring my pet with me to the RV Park?  Pets are welcome as long as they are always leashed. Dogs may not be off leash at any time. Please pick up all pet waste to avoid fines. Aggressive pet behavior is not tolerated and may result in eviction from the park. Please be a responsible owner.

TENTS: Are tents allowed?  Sorry, Riverside is not zoned to be a primitive campground and cannot accommodate tents.

GUESTS: Can I have guests visit me at the RV Park? Yes. However, if you intend on having guests visit you during your stay, these guests MUST register at the RV Park Office before proceeding to your campsite. Guests will be required to come to the office and provide their name, address and phone number. Guests without permission from Park Management are not permitted to stay overnight and must leave the Park by 10:00 PM.

ALCOHOL: Can I bring alcohol with me to the RV Park?  Due to Georgia open container laws, alcoholic beverages must be consumed within your RV site. No public displays of alcohol will be allowed.  In addition, anyone abusing alcohol and disturbing other guests will be asked to leave the Park immediately.

LAUNDRY: Can I do laundry at the RV Park?  Yes. We have washers and dryers available for your use. Please do not overload automatic washers with soap and read the signs about washer and dryer operation.  Our machines will accept cash or card. 

​

SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 15 miles per hour and is strictly enforced both day and night in order to protect pedestrians, particularly children.

​

SLEEPING IN CARS:  Can I sleep/camp in my automobile? Sleeping/camping in automobiles is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to leave immediately if this is witnessed.
